This came out quite nicely Keaton. You did a really good job with the entire round shape of his body. It gives a nice balloon feeling, but also makes him look that much smoother with his swollen size. I like the added bumps out from his legs and arms as they bloat up, but are just within view before merging with his body. Plus the small ridge marks for where the limbs are bloating from on his round shape are nicely detailed and subtly included ^_^ Nice work on the paw positions as well. They each are pointed in proper directions, but also hold that immobile detail to their surroundings as well. Plus you did a good job making the toes and fingers bloated and round enough for their sizes.
The bloated cheeks are a nice touch and add a nice cute feel to his face. Plus they work well with his smiling expression. The ears look rather cool too in that shape and size ^_^
