I draw with photoshop, and I use the base round brush without opacity/size jitter, just very small. I like crisp lines like those of a technical pen or a fountain pen (that i like to use when drawing on paper), so that's what I ended up using. It's not the best for clean lines (as you can see) but in time I might get better at it!
