You have an OC. You see a cute character, Ms Tarantula, from the animated movie 'The Bad Guys' in a cute kigurumi. You have an idea that combines your OC with that kigurumi in an adorable pose. You have a talented artist in the form of . You have the funds. And boom... you have the above result. ^^

That's the story of this picture in short. Indeed, ever since I saw that YCH by , I knew that Dash must be recreated in that position. Good thing I commissioned Scarlet and asked for that alt version back in June 2022! Also, it was more than obvious for me that only Scarlet can do justice for my latest idea seeing how fast her high-quality drawings turn out to be. The only unexpected thing with this commission is that I went all in and didn't wait for long; between this commission and the previous one - also from Scarlet - only four months passed. Well, I can only quote Shrek: "It's better out than in." :D

Btw, publishing this commission is an important milestone for me and Scarlet. By completing her fourth commission for me, Scarlet has equaled Yukamina-Plushies, who also made four commissions for me between 2014 and 2017. Given that Yukamina hasn't been active since 2019, I have a feeling that the next time I commission Scarlet, she'll officially become the artist I commissioned the most. Knowing my pace with bombarding your feed with my stupid ideas about a teenage deeragon, you can definitely expect more Dash in Scarlet's distinctive style.
