For a long while now, I've been trying to figure out what to do for my take of a Star Fox Adventures reimagining. One thing about that game is how it doesn't explain who lead the Venom Army forces there in the space section, well aside Andross. So I figure that Andrew Oikonny the nephew of Andross fits the category perfectly. Yes in the original he doesn't know about Sauria or set foot on it, but I'm gonna change that for my reimagining and given Andrew a bit of a arc of wanting to bring back a family member back from the dead and proving himself worthy to the Andross Empire. So for Andrew Oikonny here, I decide to give him a fusion design based on his SF Zero and Assault designs, and the color scheme choice is inspiration from Dr Eggman from the Sonic series, given how Andrew is the mechanic and brains similar to Slippy.
