Well it looks like a younger, more teenage Caroo has once again failed an exam. Under magic school rules he must be punished by choice of his teacher. And as we can see, the teacher likes to tickle her failing students. >:3
Poor lil-caroo. To be honest I had a lot of fun getting this drawn up. A cute yet silly tickle scene. :3
By the way. She's hypnotising the purple tickle monster. It's fuzzy tentacles wiggling all over the roos helpless, stocks soles! :O
