Okay, the short rundown on everything here since it's really, really, sketchy:
Purple= Lugia using Aeroblast
Light Blue= Froslass using Ice Beam and freezing Lugia's leg
Magenta-ish= Girafarig
Dark Blue= Zeburaika
Green= Xatu dodging the Aeroblast attack
Pink= Shandera maybe using Will-o-Wisp
There's 2 character's missing here. Houndoom, which I think is going to be biting (or using "Crunch" x3) Lugia's neck. And my Trainer (who's name I think is gonna be Eva) who I'm probably going to place on Zeburaika's back. Few problems with that. I have no idea how to draw a picture of a person on horseback from that position. And with houndoom (since I'm aiming for semi realism with this), I have no idea how to draw a dog biting something's neck like that.
Also other problems are that I want Zeburaika and Girafarig to be standing on some sort of cliff while Lugia's flying. So far it doesn't look like that. Maybe I'll have to expand the canvas size some more. Also Xatu doesn't look like it's dodging an attack of any kind. I want it to be dodging that Aeroblast but it's too far off to be dodging it.
If anyone can give any sort of redlines or critiques that would be really helpful.
I'll probably put up a more detailed sketch for anatomical help. This for now is just composition and such.

Lugia is the big dragon-like one, right? I would turn their upper body around clockwise, as though it would jump off the cliff and half-turn around to make their attack. also, the blast looks like a ray of fire. :)
Froslass looks good so far. I have the impression it's about to jump off the cliff towards Lugia. the frost ray looks accurately aimed; I would try and let ice crystals spray off Lugias leg, like a snowball 'exploding'.
Xatu would look more like dodgiong something if the wings would be bent forward like 'hitting the brakes'. compare it to swans or ducks while landing.
as for the rider's pose, maybe the trainer grabbing a hold on the mane would look good, maybe bent forward a bit like Zeburaika stopping?
all in all, a bit crowded, but the action comes across, and it surely is an epic idea you're about to create. :)

Yeah for Zeburaika, I expanded it a bit to show that the other leg is down so hopefully it'll look like he's standing and one of the back legs is showing and it's down too.
Froslass is a Ghost/Ice type. So I imagine it just floats most of the time anyways since it has no legs. ^^; So far I think her attack is my favorite part. Turning the beam into actual ice is going to be the hard part though.
I'll try using a swan/duck landing in water sort of pose for Xatu and see what happens.
