That looks more like PotP Razorclaw to me, but I could be wrong.

Shelf 1: I barely remember who the guys in silhouette were meant to be, but I think it was G1 Optimus Prime, and some version of Prowl or Bluestreak.
Shelf 2: It's actually the smaller Power of the Primes Slug on the left.
Shelf 3: Soundwave is Takara Music Label Soundwave, and Razorclaw is from the Power of the Primes Predaking set, albeit miscolored. (the actual toy has more gold and black around the lion mane than orange)

I almost guessed POTP Razorclaw/Predaking, but the lack of black around the mane threw me off.
