Hmm... the average cookie is about 30-50 kilocalories, and a glass of whole milk can have 150 calories. So, let's say the average household has 3 cookies per house with one glass of milk whole milk which has the most calories. Let's high ball it and say that's an average of 50,150 calories per house.
There are roughly 7 billion people in the world, but only 2.3 billion-ish are Christians who celebrate Christmas (maybe). So, let's say the average house has a family of 4 and divide 2.3 billion of civilians by 4. Which would be 575 million-ish.
So, multiplying 575 million houses by 50,150 calories equals.... 28,836,250,000,000 or 28.8 trillion calories Santa Lucy would be consuming by the end of the night.
I don't how much 28.8 trillion calories would translate to fat on somebody's waistline, but anybody reading this, can answer that for us, I wouldn't mind.

Thank fully MatPat from food theory did a VERY recent episode on the subject. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fiw9CskKnTA
To summarize he calculated how many calories Santa would consume in every country that celebrates Christmas including non-Christian family houses but still loves Christmas. Including how the varied different food related traditions those families would leave behind for Santa.
Which include and not limited to; Cookies, milk, pineapple, beer (so much beer), coffee, etc. And when adding all the calories up would equal according to MatPat 45,800,145,978 calories consumed in a single night.
But MatPat didn't specify how much Santa Clause or Santa Lucy would weigh in pounds or fat after digesting all those calories.
So, I looked it up and 1000 calories equals roughly 33 grams of fat. So, plugging in MatPat's 45.8 billion calories into grams of fat equals roughly 1.5 trillion grams of fat. OR 3.3 billion pounds of fat.
Meaning Santa Lucy would around 3.3 billion pounds by the end of the night. To put into perspective that is 1.5% of how much Manhattan Island weighs, including, the buildings, the people, the streets, and all the plants and animals added together. Or the...
Gullfaks C installation oil storage facility (North Sea) which weighs 3 billion pounds. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Gullfaks+C+installation+oil+storage+facility+(North+Sea)%3B+3+billion+pounds&va=z&t=hr&iax=images&ia=images
That is massive! She would basically be size of her own small island.

According to MatPat 45,800,145,978 calories would be consumed in a single night from Santa Clause or Santa Lucy.
Meaning those calories would add up to 3.3 billion pounds of fat.
Santa Lucy would be 1.5% the size of Manhattan's island. Or the size of the Gullfaks C installation oil storage facility (North Sea).
