One of my earlier poems. Did this during school one day when I was too bored to care about what the teachers were rambling on about. The whole island concept is meant to be a metaphor for a mind. Not necessarily my own. Just decided to personalise it, perhaps for more of a dramatic impact. I should really get back to writing more often. Anyway, hope you like it!
