Prince Allister receives a visit from his good friend, Rhalic the barbarian, who is an envoy from the north. Rhalic normally wears a loincloth and a shoulder plate, and not much else, but it fits his tribe. Allister politely invites Rhalic to join him in the throne room for a private one on one, but Rhalic shows himself to be a bad envoy and immediately takes a seat on Allister's throne.
Allister tries to get Rhalic off his throne, but a faint blush betrays the prince. Rhalic teases the flustered dragon and slowly lifts his loincloth, revealing his half-erect dick, slowly growing.
