Well, I guess you're right. I got the idea somehow they were flying Sea Kings out of RAF Donna Nook, and the two do look a bit alike, especially from the angle presented above, plus shaded as it is so the "nose" doesn't show. But looking closer at the undercarriage and top of the cockpit, you're right, it's a Merlin.
