Somehow, Stephanie ended up in the ruined house in Oneshot after sleeping in bed. After reluctantly following the voice's instructions, she stumbles upon a larger than usual light bulb. Apparently, that's what the voice wanted her to get, since there's nothing really else beyond this point. Picking it up, she begins to complain about her circumstances when the World Machine noticed something was off with the situation. It then proceeded to "resolve" the problem by having goo mysteriously appear from the light bulb, which then proceeds to envelop and transform Stephanie, causing her mind, body, age and even their gender to be altered to be more in line with the cat (?) child Niko.
