Well, the first thing to say is that if you come from the number parts of the game, it's not a fact that you're going to like ESO. They are too different games, even though they are in the same universe.
ESO is an MMORPG with dynamic combat with an emphasis on quests. Personally, I like the customization of the characters, the house furnishings, and the combat in both PvE and PvP. However, I recommend watching the game reviews before making a decision.
