A classic, but /beautifully/ executed: I really like how much sensuality and detail you managed to slip in this deceivingly simple pose. No fluff, no fuzz, but very well thought.
First, it's not at all specific to that picture but as it's the first one I'm commenting in your gallery I'll take the opportunity to point it anyways: your solid anatomy and smooth work on light and shadow does its part of the job in selling the carnality. It doesn't hurt that the character design, with an interesting balance of animal vs anthropomorphic features, is very appealing, and your clean style helps details to pop up.
Then, the gear itself: very believable, with the belt's rivets and the lacing, the extra rings suggesting it can be adapted to other games, the hand pose hinting that those bondage gloves are linked together behind her neck to further control motion and enhance her helplessness. Big ring gag to remove the voice (among other inviting possibilities) and sensory depriving hood add some objectification to the mix, and I love the nose hook to further secure that into position. Plus, with these keen ears out, this blind pet can still likely do a lot, given a bit of external guidance... and those are excellent handles should someone wish to test her gag reflex. ;)
