A old picture of myself, all I did was drew my fursona's ears and tail onto me then played with the filters in photoshop. xD

Lol, there aren't any pixels. It's just the blur tool and a filter I used. xD
I traced over my body with a laso tool then filtered the inner of it to make it look that way :3
And then I drew on my ears xD

Its just a filter to make your image look a bit like water.
