For this year's pic, I decided to make two new characters, raccoons specifically as they tend to be a species I like to draw (hence why I tend to have more pics of Altria in my gallery). I'm a sucker for old, wholesome Christmas activities, like trimming the tree. I remember fondly growing up and putting ornaments on the tree every year was one of my favorite activities. As I add these two characters to my holiday line up, I realize I didn't have names for these characters. My snow cats, my mice, and now these two. I really should come up with names for the others, but for these two, I have decided to call them Kurt and Diane in honor of some family friends of ours. Diane unfortunately lost her life this year and it will be the first Christmas for their family without her. She was a very kind woman and I hope in doing this I can keep her memory alive just a little longer. To all my friends near and far, I wish you the happiest Christmas time.
