Age: 33
Race: Hrothgar (The Lost) / Non FF14 stuff can treat him like a lion-tiger hybrid
Bagaan was the son of a proud pair of wandering Lost merchants. Despite all being native to Bozja, the family never stayed in one place for too long. Their deals and trades took them all over the star. But the family had a secondary reason for always traveling about: They were trying their hardest to outrun the Garlean Empire. A lot of their exchanges involved interacting with various resistance parties.
Sadly it wasn’t long before the Empire caught up to them. With his parents slain and sibling captured, Bagaan was eventually cornered. He was left with an ultimatum: Trust his fate to a long fall into the sea or face the empire’s wrath. He chose the sea as a life under Garlemald was no life at all. Miraculously he washed aboard the vessel of an unusual Dunesfolk family. They nursed him back to health but Bagaan barely stuck around with them, due to being afraid of endangering them.
He made his slow travel towards Eorzea, believing Ul’dah to be a safe haven. However he needed a fair bit of gil to make the trip and he earned it through a very brief career of back alley pugilism. People paid decent money to see men punch each other silly as it turns out. After a decent amount of effort he finally made enough money for that carriage to Ul’dah…
Personality: Noble and straightforward but has an otherwise goofy sense of humor. Tends to be easy to get along with. Absolutely HATES when others pick on those weaker, will go out of his way to make sure the offender is punished.
