A healthy tasty breakfast omelet just right anytime of the year from the kitchens of
wetwolf
This is an omelet made for my mate and I. here is how to make this wonderfully delicious breakfast behemoth ^_^
Begin with beating/whisking together,
4 eggs
4tablespoons milk
2tablespoons sour cream
Dash of salt and pepper
Prior to this I had sautéed together
1/2 onion diced
1/2 bell pepper diced
2-3oz mushrooms diced
Also set aside should be bacon crumbles which is just crisped bacon and some diced tomato and 4 oz Velveeta (I love the way it melts in omelets but use whatever you like).
Key to making a good omelet is a good nonstick and well lubed pan, I use both butter and olive oil for this. Make sure the heat is around medium. Pour in the eggs then whisk them or stir them until it starts to clump but don’t scramble them stop when they are still pretty liquidly. Add your ingredients then flip it gently then put a plate over the pan as to flip it once more.
Recipe was typed quickly if you want more details on the sautéing of the other things just ask and ill respond ^_^
