This is yet another image of an unnamed Akannite that is not Onkelos! Notice the difference in his mask pattern, that's what was called a full mask while Onkelos has an eyepatch. This was meant to be more of a definition of an average Akannite warrior. These warriors were meant to be of the religious type, and take some inspiration from both the Jedi and the Ikko Ikki.
