Dance of the snowmen (by DocFurPanic)
The pic was inspired by this song
Back in the days, when life at the castle was less chaotic and Prince Borgon was still just a young dragon,
it was customary among the inhabitants to build large snowmen to adorn the internal garden.
The soft December snow, which covered the surrounding greenery like a cover,
was almost pleasant to the touch.
Not too soft, but also not too hard, and full of chunks of ice,
it crackled pleasantly in those little hands, and held together well.
Both Borgon and Silva loved making giant snowballs and piling them into stocly, silly figures.
But they weren't the only ones having such fun.
Even a certain elderly warrior found making snowmen quite amusing.
In fact, Sir Cordiale never missed an opportunity to participate in the game,
and like any good hare, he certainly didn't play to lose!
And so it was usually his imaginative snowmen that stood out,
with which he loved to surprise the two children every time.
Of varied shapes, always on the verge of structural stability,
he loved to build outrageously large and imposing snowmen.
And one would have said, looking at so many figures inside the great garden of the inner walls,
that at one point so many piles of snow could have come to life, and started a fairy-tale dance of the snowmen~
This year I decided to commission a more joyful idea for Christmas.
This way I also had a chance to show you some more about the life at the castle when Borgon and Silva were still kids,
and had all the time to just have fun and enjoy their free time ^^
I love deeply how it turned out, and especially that cute giant hare-shaped snowmen!
