i recently rewatched all the movies of pirates of Caribbean and let me tell you- as a child I found Davy Jones strange, like… he was the bad guy but then i heard the carillon theme and him looking at the heart pendant… I always found that strange because it made me feel sad for him for no actual reason, I was very young when I watched those movies and now… rewatching it and understanding the story I understand why I felt sad for him =‘D *dies*
Btw Amazing well written villain, for sure one of my favorites! Also Calypso is SPOOKY GORGEUS!!!
