This is a Christmas present for my friend  ShineWubbOrtiz2020 A drawing of her TUFF villain OC, Miss Leone. She's a lioness based off of Zira from "The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride," and she's got a bit of a history with Shine Ortiz and Team Iron Hoof.

Miss Leone was born in London, England as Susannah Leonberg, and her parents used to work for the Queen of England as her royal servants. One day, however, there was an attack on Cluckingham Palace by some ruffians, and her parents were caught in the crossfire trying to help the Queen escape. Luckily, she was able to survive, but Susannah's parents were killed by the ruffians in the attack. She was then sent to an orphanage (the same one that Shine was in), and she was adopted by Birdbrain, and brought back to Petropolis where he taught her everything she knew about crime. With his teachings, Susannah became a master thief named Miss Leone, and she committed so many crimes all over the world that she was dubbed as the "Top Cat of Crime." Her crimes has had her cross paths with Team Iron Hoof at times, and she recognized Shine from the orphanage she was sent to when she was a cub. Enraged by her memories, she kidnapped Shine, and tried to have her killed, but Team Iron Hoof was able to thwart her, and had her arrested. Since then, Miss Leone has developed an unhealthy obsession with Shine, and won't rest until she has her in her grasp. Oh, and she's also a villain under James Thaddeus Grenger's payroll. She does his dirty work for him just for extra bucks and to get closer to him.

Miss Leone doesn't have any real superpowers or supernatural abilities, but she is a very clever criminal mastermind and a highly skilled athlete. Her handbag holds a huge variety of gadgets from laser cutters to switchblades to night vision goggles to plastic explosives. She also has various kidnapping tools in her bag such as burlap sacks, sleep powder, burlap hoods, and chloroform rags to nab her victims, especially Shine. Her biggest weakness is her unhinged behavior, as she would turn into a deranged lunatic at the drop of a hat.
This is one lioness you definitely don't wanna mess with!
