This is watercolors and acrylic. The skulls are water color and the BG was acrylic. :D Time? fuck, I dunno. And wow! My scanner didn't butcher it o.0

anyway, nice painting. it looks a little two-dimensional though, maybe because it's mostly the same tone. i'd also says your colours are a little muddy - you might wanna try blocking in large planes of colour first before you try and go into any fine detail.

Thanks for the critique. :3 I'll be sure to keep that in mind in future paintings.
I think a lot of the color flatness comes from the use of cheap water-colors in the skulls. I do agree if the colors had a greater contrast they would show better form as their own figures. ^^
And as for "muddy", all grunginess was intended :3
