This is a Christmas gift for 
trexking45
It's a group pic of a bunch of supervillains which he calls the Doom Lords. Among the supervillains featured in this pic are, starting from the left, Scarlet Fox, Black Anaconda, Weed Witch, Bolt Jaws, Von Hellen, Grappulator, the Living Vapour, Chester, and Magnet Maestro.
Interesting to note here is that some of these guys are original creations from trexking45, while others are from the "Justice Friends" segments of "Dexter's Laboratory," and others came from "Flying Rhino Junior High" (That's a name I haven't heard in years. Shows how old I really am.). So, does this count as a crossover pic, or what?
