As a side note, I saw your update, and I sincerely hope you feel better. I've experienced a similar disruption to my health earlier this year related to my anxiety, and it was a serious low point for me. It's been difficult, but I can say with confidence, that this will change you for the better. It might not seem like it now, because you're feeling miserable, but your luck is sure to swing the other way sometime. You will have this experience to strengthen you. But know you're allowed to experience all of your emotions while you're dealing with it. You're allowed to hurt, and to feel fear or sadness.
