Frindle while watching Jerma watch shit. Had a moment of realization that I was watching other dudes watch dudes doing things and I decided I'd cause problems instead. What's hanging with your bros without a little horseplay, right? Ohh Dick is in for it now >:3
trying real hard to get a faster, looser, cartoony style drilled into me to fall back on. My detailed sketches are fine and all but it takes soooo much time. In a pinch I'd really like to be able to crack out silly doodles like, 15 minutes each. This one took me two hours. Mostly cos the process of drawing/detailing is me figuring it out as I go. Kind of scatterbrained like that I guess. Just needs more drills, I'm sure. If I keep at it I'll tighten up my workflow and understanding too! I mean what's most important? Quick slap dash sketch to put pins in the general shape of an outline then just go for it for expressiveness and fly in the face of anatomy for rule of cool right? Fuck cartoons are so tricky! Anyway here's a lil more toony leon for your face
this was the last sketch I completed before getting my new tablet. So, everything following this will be done on my KAMVAS 12, probably? I still have the Huion H160 but it's like, I can't swap on the fly as easily as that so it's put up for now. I may return to using it as I give this new tablet a week or two try just so I can squeeze out something before I'm off on another trip @.@
