Edit: This is a bit outdated. Sparkly wears girlier clothes, has girlier curves, and is generally programmed to be a sissy maid. Here's something I usually type when I explain the outfit he usually wears:

Sparkly twirls around, giggling some, his skirt spun out as he did, and he reached down to adjust his yellow and black striped leg warmers. He gave a little curtsey, and wiped a few specks of dust from his tube top, which was also bee-patterned like his leg warmers. He then gave a stretch, and tugged at his gloves. They were both bee patterned, fingerless, and elbow length. He gave a low bow, and asked with a voice and expression, both sweeter than honey, "Hello, Sir. May I bring you a beverage or a snack?"
