Have yet to come up with a name for this guy yet, but he's a beginner globomancer, who's still trying to get the hang of it, only able to create simple round balloons from his trunk, though standing at a tall 9ft, just being around tends to make him the life of parties.
While he is a vinyl inflatable, his trunk is rubber and is separated by a 1 way valve, meaning, while he CAN blow air out of it, none can really blown back into him, though filling it DOES allows for quick room filling decorations.
Tried to go for a mix of clown and performing elephant designs for this guy, and I'm happy with how it came together

Ah, he looks very sweet. Love playful performers among toyish folks. My mascot Shiny also loves to share balloons with people and loves the circus and their colorful folks (once even visited a summer school by the Starburst crew who taught him to juggle and get better with his balancing on a ball yet).
If I see it correctly, he doesn't seem to have any Pooltoy valves. I guess that means he cannot accidentally deflate. Elephants are said to have thick skin so his inflatable hide is likely safe from popping either. Good for him. He definitely looks like a friendly fellow.
Regarding names, the most typical aspects in name etmology for Elephants that I found were the terms Pachyderm as well as the names in Africa Tembo and the Dutch Oliphant. Names like Ollie, Tim, Pat and whatnot are simple ones that come to mind. I admittedly didn't know Globomancing is a genre in Toymancy specifically for balloons. Cool! Toots could be a name because of the likely noiseof a trumpet that the trunk makes whenever he blows out balloons.

Actually, he has a belly valve. but he usually keeps it pressed in, so you can't really see it under his clothing, though if he hooks a hose up to himself, he can blow a steady stream of balloons, though can't really overfill himself unless his trunk is blocked off. Thankfully, being living toy, he can repair any damage over time like a wound. Just slap a patch on like a bandage and he'll be good in no time :3
As for globomancy, I made a joke that clowns are basically wizards that can turn balloons into anything, and ended up making Snoots, then things snowballed from there.
Toots does sound like a cute name though ^^

Oh, sounds great. My partyprone Totodile would happily exchange balloons with Snoots. Or is it Toots now, haha? Snoots sounds nice as well. Shiny himself has bubble breath and whenever he gets into his inflatable form, his bubbles become transculent beachballs. Balloons are for his Balloonie form. =3
Snoots is the name of the raccoon one who can make balloons into any shape and even puppeteer them, then you have Pogo the rubber roo that can make balloon copies of anything, though he's not very good at puppeteering

Oh, that would be lovely for sure. Shiny enjoyed his summer vacation receiving courses in circus artistry. He'd happily assist and see the fruits of their studies and of course never mind friendly pranks:
