It was Christmas morning,
And the day was dawning,
Silver rode his present laden sleigh.
The tell-tale shuddering,
His helpers paws came thundering,
As Ash followed - late for the show.
Silver had stopped,
His waiting eyes locked,
as his helper trudged through the thick snow.
She picked her pace up,
as she tried to catch up,
She didn't notice she was already there.
With a misplaced paw,
And a shocked open jaw,
Her sole crushed the present laden sleigh.
As the chassis bent,
The ground halting paws decent,
A crunch was heard far and wide all around.
With a smile and a palm,
No cause for alarm ~
-for after all - let's be honest - who could be angry at that paw?
