The first animal in my Variety Experiment is the tree kangaroo. These guys are so adorable and fluffy that I'm surprised more people on FA don't know about them. Frankly, they're cuter than their terrestrial cousins. I wonder if the same crowd that's currently into red pandas might like these guys too.
Some people thought I'd be doing anthro-versions of the animals suggested. I hadn't thought of that, but certain animals that would NEVER be anthropomorphized (for instance, a sea slug) I might give a go just for fun.
I'm also gonna try and keep these on my little index cards so I can easily store and sell them if I wish. Also it means I'm not spending 3 hours on a massive painting and instead just enjoying myself.
If you're wondering what this experiment is, see my journal here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1993608/
If you want to join in, go right ahead! Draw the same animal I select or pick your own, it doesn't matter! We'll see how far variety takes us.
