I've been teasing people on streams with hints of this story, and here's a bigger hint without spoiling the story itself. In one of Three's little excursions in a sword and sorcery fantasy type world, she found herself caring for an elven baby named Piotyr. She took him in when he was a mere two days old, and raised him into adulthood.

Here he's about eight or nine and is discussing some troubling thing with her as she comforts him. She's normally a nomad, but during the time she was raising Piotyr she lived with a tribe of elves so he could be raised as such. Three had done enough work and favors for them that they took both of them in with open arms.

This was an inked sketch colored up in Sai. Not happy with it, really. But I like the warmth of the image.
