This is Zeke the Slowbro, a character of 
WiProgress 's who's... more than a bit of an abdl. I've been wanting to draw him FOREVER, and thankfully christmas provided an opportunity to do so!

(Possibly) Fun Fact: I was inspired directly by WiProgress's own artstyle for this one. I quite like how they draw and compose their art, especially how they do backgrounds. Also the diaper is somewhat based off the ones that they draw.
