The (late) CEO of the Starfruit Holding Company, a powerful force in the economies of the Liruma Mandate. Before his demise his companies led investment and bought out technology companies working in the then-emerging fields of occult technology, becoming leaders in the initial big push to expand and commercialize such. The circumstances surrounding his death are murky, as are the reasons a reboot was not instantiated from his available backups. He was to be succeeded by his daughter Smiles, but she appeared to privately turn away the position.
