I do know what soba are; I eat them about once a week. (;
Though I prefer to toss them in some dashi broth instead of serving them in the cold, zaru style. Not exactly proper form, but delicious enough that I don't really care. <3

I loves them cold. Although dashi sounds really good. The meat was just some people I found and befriended. >.>
It was beef that was cut thin, that I bought at an asian supa store. I cooked it with soy sauce with wasabi Mixed into it... SPICY NOM NOM NESS!!!
Spicy is a good thing, though for some reason wasabi has never been a flavor of which I am fond. Perhaps it was one too many ebi rolls with a thermonuclear surprise inside...
