
This one is hale and hearty, clinging to a window frame. the frame is as wide as one and a half fingers, so this is not a super zoom in on a normal fly.
Just look at the size of the bricks in comparison! That thing is a quarter the height!

This looks like an australian march fly. :V
Probably male.
BUT WATCH OUT.
Females will bite! They need a blood meal to reproduce, and drink blood like mosquitoes. The bite is much more painful than a mosquito in most cases, and feels more like a bee sting.
So, don't get bitten!

If you say so! Maybe I've only ever seen the females before, because they're yellow and kinda spotted, brightly coloured. Not looking like the mother of all blowflies.
I know that the March flies bite XD they're also quick things, that get faster the hotter it is. But thankyou for the advice :)
