A little example piece I knocked together. I would really appreciate C&C on this if you've got the time/anything you particularly like or dislike about this. From my LJ:

This is at about 95% done, but I am getting tired and don't want to make mistakes. The colored pencil highlights happen tomorrow. As do the other examples I have ready. ^^ It's a surprise, and I want to incorporate any suggestions you guys might have into the ones that are actually for other people. XD

Oh, and forgive the crappy photo. I need to get some decent lighting in here in a pretty bad way. I'll take more time with the photog part tomorrow.
