ah, it's both to fill up more space and just censored personal ranting! i originally drew just the bubbles with no text to fulfill that (the venting) but it looked empty so i added some fake words and blurred em.
I guess its meant to be more like interpretation of skunker continuing to vent a lot more after initially being reassured
