I know due to all the other submissions being months ago this was most likely over last january, But I still wanted to color it.

The design is adorable, and it's nice that you want to get people invovled, but you may want to let them know they cannot directly upload their colorations, as it's against the AUP. Even though you've given them permission, since it wasn't drawn specifically for them, and it's not a one-on-one collaboration, they could get their art removed and accounts temporarily suspended.

The best thing to do is to change the submission to include that they upload their art to an off site program, such as photobucket for example, and then link you to the image there. My room mate was an FA mod for several years, until about a month ago, which is how I know this and I don't want to see you or your watchers get into trouble over this :)
