Well I still haven't seen the new Tron movie but nerd that I am decided to do some fan art anyway. ^^

Typically a program is created by a user. They have a specific purpose. They can surpass their limits only to a certain degree. But what happens when a program makes another program? Originality. Creativity. Innovation. A Program born of it's world. Able to comprehend it better then that which created it and able to surpass it's rules. Able to res items on the fly without a grid. Some speculate they could even one day find their way to the world of the Users.

"This is really what I inspired? Geeze. They make me sound like a god or something." Said a young Program reading through a data file.

"Ok time to set this straight. Program created programs are smart and creative. Yes we can res things will. But small objects are easiest. I doubt one could res something huge. At least not without passing pout in the process. And that said there are some draw backs. We do have some minor errors in baseline code sometimes and we burn through energy faster. Here's an example of a baseline code error. Waste energy gets stuck on automatic expulsion. Meaning your incontinent. Now as for the business with the User. I have no idea. Don't know of anyone who's managed to find their world. If it exist. Well this is Gig your friendly Program. End Post." Gig told the terminal he was sitting at as it typed up every word he spoke. Once that was done Gig noticed the indicator on his onesie had gone up. He'd need to res a fresh diaper before long and change. But for now he headed back out of the private booth and out into the city. The "day" was young and he aimed to make the most of it.
