i like this piece :) you dida good job. though i think the lacking of 'substance' on the forelegs and the mouth may have played a role in that small grade docking :) just what i can see

Some teachers aren't really the best critics. So what was he/she going for anyway? At least you gave it your all. I got some stern teachers myself ranging from drawing classes to an Illustrator class. Meh.

Well, I'm out of school for some years now and I become a teacher myself. Not an arts teacher for gods sake but i can say she wasnt't really good as a teacher. I really think she did drugs xD She always looked like being stoned in class and well... its not unlikly for an arts teacher xD. I might not be a great artist, but it's not her fault and the B- is a good mark... for my arts
But she did teach me a much more important lesson: How not to be a good teacher. I just have to avoid her mistakes.

I saw that you were/are studying Chemistry; is this what you wish you to teach? That can be a really good profession. -I really don't have a head for Math and formulas, so that probably wouldn't be a good profession for me, but who knows?- If nothing else, teach some mead brewing classes and host some workshops for tourists. That can be a lot of fun.

And you're right; getting a -2 isn't really bad at all.

I'm going to teach Chemistry and Physics. And Chemistry is much less math than you might expect... Except for quantumchemistry :-D You really don't want to solve any of these equasions :-D
Well... to be honest my mead is good, but not good enough to teach someone else to do it the same way i do... I could teach the basics... but they should find their own recipe.
