Decide to name him Bylur, which means "snow storm". (bylr = 'squall', 'gust of wind')

A mighty and well respected warrior from a northern snowy region, hailing from an ancient tribe of dragon warriors. Capable of making or controlling snowstorms and blizzards, thanks to the crystals imbedded into his body, furthering his draconic power over the arctic winds and storms. Even capable of breathing an icy breath, freezing and harming those caught in it, and making a thunderous roar that can be heard from great distances.
His skills in combat are fierce and formidable, especially when wielding his axe, known as Himesh's Wrath. Given to him by the Chieftain of the tribe he was born from after his heroic and brave deeds during the war between his tribe and one who attempted to use special crystals mined from the northern mountains for sinister purposes.
These very crystals were also mined by his clan, some of which were infused into his weapon and himself, with the aid of his leader Himesh, a mighty and considerate chieftain warrior known far and wide as a living legend for his past actions and deeds.

Bylur later in life participated in a war against a group of evil and malicious gods known as the Abyssal Gods, he fought bravely without hesitation against their forces and even saving the life of a god of the Sun and Moon clan, the eldest son of Alair, God of Wine and Feasts. Although at the sacrifice of his left arm, he was willing to give his life away just to save others, and even then, he continued to fight along with his allies!
After the battle was over, he would be summoned to the Sun and Moon kingdom, and congratulated for his heroic deeds, efforts and saving the lives of many of their soldiers, including the Sun God's grandson.
For this, the Sun God offered to Bylur a prosthetic limb as a gift and kind gesture to him, which he gladly and respectfully accepted.
He'd later have this false arm infused with some of the crystals used by his tribe, further enhancing his strength and power over ice and the arctic winds.
Feeling grateful to the Sun God and his family, he allowed them to call upon him should they ever need his assistance again.

To this day, he's regarded as a mighty and powerful warrior with a golden heart, inspiring others to follow in his footsteps. Even inspiring one of the Sun God and the Moonlight Goddess' descendants to try and become a brave hero like him (albeit rather boastful at times).
Bylur has even married and bares 6 children, and even has around 14 grandchildren, all of whom he is very proud and happy to have part of his life.
Now he watches over his home region, defending any villages and tribes as best he can.
