oh wow, thats a rather scary thought you bring there. i think that would be her own personal hell. being dead to the world, but alive and trapped unable to do anything. very deep Scier, bringing up a bone chilling reality

I suppose the ending reminds me of the Metallica song One, but the idea didn't originally come from it. I am glad you enjoyed it, however.

That was intense Scier. I can't find the irony in the poem though, is it the fact that she wants to end her life of misery...but she is already dead?

The fact that she wanted to die, but by trying to kill herself she ended up as a vegetable, hence living even less of a life than she previously had. X3

Poetic_Fox took my word. Intense is the best description I can put to this work. Quite dark, though if taken as symbolic then we can all learn from it, I believe. You're one of the people I continue to be impressed by, Scier. I just need to comment more.

This could have been solid if it was ironic, but instead, I look at the tags, and here I am being self-righteous. My younger self deserved to suffer with this shitty attitude.
