An idea for an armor that looks like a griffin - a helmet in the form of a head, a cloak looks like wings, on the hands there are either wrist blades-claws, or just a pattern on the armor like the front paws of a griffin, like on boots the hind limbs of a griffin, the tail is optional, depends on the race wearer of armor. Above is just a good art for an example of a head, even if the lower part of the beak is raised here, but it fits perfectly for a general idea of the helmet

Выше как раз хороший арт для примера головы, пусть тут нижняя часть клюва задрана, но для общего представления шлема подходит идеально
