JackTheCoonBro got hit with a spell that turned his body to snow and ice! Apparently whoever fired it off forgot to actually freeze him in the process, though, so now he's an ice elemental that's constantly cracking bad ice and snow puns. Melting isn't a problem for him, he'll just enter a mobile liquid form until he can frost back up.
He's like that one Jack Frost horror movie from the 90's, except instead of murder, he just pesters everyone with dad jokes, and hangs out in the grocery store's walk-in freezer building model kits.
