My boy Tobi deserved a proper reference.
I'm not gonna lie, my original inspiration for his human form was Nathan Explosion from Metalocalypse, but I've based his dragon form more closely to the actual figurine I got for him.
...He's keeping the hair though...
Some info about him.. the right side is what he looked like before he was attacked by a rival clan.. and left is the aftermath of the attack.
They attempted to burn him alive and he was left horrifically scarred. He survived through sheer willpower and determination to keep his little sister safe.
Since his clan lives in a tundra type environment, he struggles to thrive afterwards. The cold can be a bit much for him without the signature thick coat.
For the most part he is a kind and honest man, but can be extremely protective over his family. :))

He is a handsome due, though, and I really like the way you illustrated the before and after, the fluff to bare. I really like the way the after piece shows off the shape of his body more and how recognizable it is as the former, even with all the obvious changes; I also really enjoy the way the former form looks a little larger, but you can tell much of that is from all his fluff and coat, that's really well done.
