It's normal to find anthro seals at the beach, but seal-taurs are a rare find. Philip here gets a lot of stares whenever he's down by the water. On more than one occasion, he's been the subject of candid and hastily prepped photoshoots. The invasion of privacy isn't much of a bother to the pinniped, so long as they don't bother him or wake him up, unlike this fox here.
