Now that Dee's party is very much definitively over, 29 new Pokémon strangers rain down upon the world of Mystery Dungeon. Although some had more eventful landings than others, they all landed unharmed. Arceus may have transformed and flung them there at a high velocity in a fit of rage, but he's merciful enough to make those arrivals keep them protected from any injury. Physically, at least. The landing might have been a bit of a shock, leaving many a little stunned. A lot of them now discovering all sorts of new limbs and shapes that they're quite unaccustomed to…

Luckily, gals like Kree and Momoo have already been found by some friendly locals, who are keen to help take them in and take care of them. The middle of the road is no place for an expecting Snorlax mother-to-be, after all! I'm sure the rest of the party 'mons will be able to find their way to Poké-civilisation (or a nice comfy resting cave at least) in no time… 😉

Of course, Dee in particular is none too happy to find out just how realistic his novelty Girafarig costume has become. His former tail suddenly finds itself with a few extra cool new skills from this surprise new body position, like being able to think and talk. They're eager to go for a bit of exploration and try out this exciting new and much more sapient form of existence! After their new tail awakes from the landing, of course…

Phew, one last ending page for 2022, just under the wire! I've been on holiday with family for the past few weeks, so my progress was slowed down a little. 😛

While I wish I could show every single peep, I didn't have the time or panel space, so I had to settle for these few sneak peeks at some of our new Pokémon adventurers. I don't have anything much specific planned for what they'll get up to next (apart from a few ideas for Kree, Dee, 'n' such), so all the party 'mons could get up to all sorts of their own adventures! I may also doodle some more here and there as my drawing time gets a bit more regular again 😜

This is the official "last page" of this party sequence, to be followed by some unstructured (e.g. Calvinball) doodles of their adventures or snippets later. Tentatively titled "A Pokémon Tail"? 🤔 Eventually, they should (?) be all finding each other at some point and (somehow…?) get back to regular ol' normal Untitled Furry World again… probably…? 😜

Thanks to all the peeps who volunteered for this nonsense! It was fun seeing how far I could push myself on new things like big complicated group scenes, or new critter shapes (Pokémon!). At the start, I was wondering if I even could draw Arceus, and now I'm like "well, I learnt how to draw him, I have to use him again for more nonsense later now…" 😆
