Umbreon fit the shape pretty easy. Does it look bad to you or do you just not like Umbreon?
The others are Ursaring, Unown, and Uxie. Unown is kind of a cop-out, Ursasring is too bulky to shape, and while Uxie's tails would have worked, it wouldn't be using much of the body to make the letter.
