Having trouble fitting in to your suit? There are 3 things that can work: First is diet and exercise ... too much work. Second is tying 2x4 wood to both arms so you can't bend them to feed yourself ... eat like a messy animal and dropping food into your mouth and mostly miss? Finally there is the Buddy System, have a trusty friend tie you up and manage your meals. Exercise will consist of leashed walks/bunny hopping, inching on the ground like a worm, and literally tickling the calories out of your body. Oh, and they'll have to bathe you on occasion and tuck you in at night ... and eventually let you go after a pre-determined date set by the legally binding contract soas to ensure you don't end up tossed in their car trunk and whisked away to a life of nose pinches, butt spanks, and tickle torture ... you know what, NO EXCUSES, DIET AND EXCERCISE!!!!! XD

2-3 km every day would be plenty, there’s a lot of other exercises that would be done also. Diego is a big fan of H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) and uses it often.
