AND BTW, Pichu was CALLED PICHU BEFORE THE ACTUAL POKEMON PICHU EXISTED (or I guess, "technically" speaking, before Pichu was released as a Gen II Pokemon... way back when). The tail thing, though... that was there too. Pichu is based off a gift I got from my uncle's girlfriend. She made a ceramic Pikachu napkin holder. She put the brown on the end of the tail instead of the base of the tail.
